If you are not receiving your verification code, check the items below.
1. Please make sure that you've entered your country code and cell phone number correctly. Please DO NOT enter the country code in the mobile phone number section.
2. A text message can be delayed up to 10 minutes depending on your carrier's network status.
3. You can also receive the code as a voice message. Select the [Did not receive a code?] option to [Receive a voice message].
4. The SMS verification may have been sent to your spam message box. Check the spam message box or a spam blocking app if you have one.
