For iOS Device
If you are using iOS, bad network connection or temporary OS error may cause a problem in installing/uninstalling or updating the app.
In this case, please restart your device to install/update the app properly.
※ In order to update your BAND app to the latest version, your OS should be higher than 8.0 version. Please update your OS to the latest version to update the BAND app.
For Android User
1. In case the app has stopped installinging, an error (-24) pops up, or unknown error (194) appears, it could be an error of 'Download Settings' or 'Google Play Store.' Please follow the steps below to resolve these problems:
* It may differ depending on what device you are using,
1) Download Manager > Clear data
- On your device [Settings] > [Apps] > [︙] on the top right > [Show system apps] > [Download Manager] > [Storage] > [Clear data]
2) Google Play Store > Clear data
- On your device [Settings] > [Apps] > [Google Play Store] > [Storage] > [Clear data]
3) Network connection
- Bad network connection may cause an issue when installing the app. Please try again under better circumstances.
2. If you cannot resolve the problem with the steps above, it can be an error on your OS. In this case, you will need to reset the settings on your device and retry installing the app.
ⓘ All the data in your device will be deleted if you reset the data. Please make sure that you've backed-up important files or photos.
ⓘ If you find it difficult to backup your files by yourself, it is highly recommended you to visit the service center of your device.
※ In order to update your BAND app to the latest version, your OS should be higher than the 4.2 version. Please update your OS to the latest version to update the BAND app.
