How can I access my account after changing my phone or phone number? – BAND

You MUST register another way to login before changing your phone number.

Go to BAND Home > [Accounts] or [My Info] and fulfill at least one of the requirements below.
- Register your email address
- Link your LINE/Google account
- Link your Facebook account

1) If you've changed your phone number, please log in with another method you previously registered. After logging in, go to [Accounts] to update your phone number. Please be sure to keep your phone number updated.

2) If you've only changed your mobile device, simply log in with your current account (phone number, email address, or another linked account).

3) If you've changed both your mobile device and phone number, use another device (ex. PC, tablet, laptop) and follow the directions of 1). If you don't have another device or login in method, log in with your previous phone number and select "Has your number changed?" to update your information.
